If you have a wireless keyboard and mouse that feels like it's freezing/stuttering or running slow, try this:
If you are having trouble with your wireless keyboard and mouse as described above, the fix might be easier than you think.
If you are using a wireless 2.4Ghz Dongle or a Bluetooth Dongle. Make sure you install them in a USB 3.0 port or higher.
USB 3.0 ports or higher are able to supply more power to the connected device and in the case of wireless dongles, are able to provide more stability to the device.
If you are unsure how to locate a USB 3.0 port, they will be coloured in BLUE and/or say USB3.0 next to the port.
