PC Component Return Instructions (e.g., Graphics Card)
Your component may have a hardware fault. Please follow these instructions to return it for diagnosis and repair/replacement.
Collection Costs
- Within 1-Year Free Period: Collection/Return cost is covered.

- Home collection by DPD: £34.99
- Drop-off at DPD collection point: £15.60

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Important Steps

Static Protection: Components are highly sensitive to static electricity.
- If you have the original anti-static bag, please use it.
- If you do not have an anti-static bag: Wrap the component tightly in clean brown packing paper or newspaper.
- WARNING: Never use standard plastic carrier bags, cling film, or standard bubble wrap directly against the component. These materials generate static electricity which can permanently damage the hardware.

Packaging: * Use the original manufacturer’s box with its custom inserts if possible.
- If unavailable, you must use a sturdy cardboard box. The component must be wrapped in paper first, then surrounded by at least 2 inches (5cm) of bubble wrap or padding.
- We may reject claims if the component is sent in an envelope, jiffy bag, or is not adequately protected against static and impact.
Packing & Shipping Instructions
To ensure coverage, please:
- Primary Wrap: Wrap the component in an anti-static bag or clean paper and secure it with tape.
- Cushioning: Place the wrapped component into a box and fill all remaining space with bubble wrap, foam, or crumpled paper.
- The "Shake Test": Ensure the component cannot move or slide inside the box. If it moves, add more padding.
- Photos: Send us a picture of the component inside its packaging before you seal the box.
Exclusions
- Do not include any accessories: Please remove all cables, adapters, manuals, or original retail accessories unless specifically requested by our team. We are not responsible for lost items.
Shipping Label
- For Home Collections: The courier will apply a shipping label at the time of pickup.
- For Drop-Off Labels: We will provide a digital label. You will need to print this and securely attach it to your parcel.
- Return Address: We also recommend writing your return address and RMA number on the outside of the box in case the label becomes detached.
