Important Steps
- Data Backup: Ensure all data is backed up. Your system may be reset to factory condition, wiping all data.

Packaging:
- Use original packaging. If unavailable, purchase replacement packaging for £24.99.
- Replacement packaging includes: 3-layer cardboard, custom foam supports, padding paper, and an internal expanding foam bag.

Additional Notes
- Pallet Delivery: Inform us if your PC arrived on a pallet.
- Damage Claims: We may reject claims if the PC is not adequately packaged.
- Support: Contact us if unsure about safe transport.
- Photos: Send us pictures of your parcel before dispatch.
Exclusions
- Do not include accessories, cables, peripherals, USBs, or WiFi antennas. We are not responsible for lost items.

Shipping Label
Label your parcel as follows:
For Home collections, the the collection courier will apply a shipping label at the time of pickup.
For Drop-Off Label which will provide a label which you need to print and attach to your parcel.
We also recommend adding a return address to the parcel in case the parcel is lost.
