PC Return Instructions
Your system may have a hardware fault. Please follow these instructions to return it for diagnosis and repair.
Collection & Transit Protection
Your 3-Year Parts and Labour Warranty covers the cost of repair for hardware failures. However, the responsibility for safe transit depends on your current coverage period.
Within 1-Year Free Period:
Collection Cost: Covered.
Transit Protection: Included. We assume the risk of damage during transit provided the PC is packed according to our instructions.
Outside Free Period (Years 2-3): The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of transit. We offer two levels of service:

Protected Collection: Standard Fee + 2% of Item Invoice Value
Example: For a £1,500 PC, the protection fee would be £30 + the standard collection cost.
This includes our Transit Protection Plan. If the PC is damaged by the courier, we will repair the physical damage at no cost to you.

Standard Collection (Unprotected): £34.99 (Home) | £15.60 (Drop-off)
Covers the courier fee only. Note: Any physical damage sustained in transit is the sender's financial responsibility and is not covered under your hardware warranty.

Larger Items
Pallet Collection: Available for home collection only £84.99. Transit Protection is available for an additional 2% of the item invoice value.
Important Steps
Data Backup: Ensure all data is backed up. Your system may be reset to factory condition, which will wipe all data.

Packaging:
Use original packaging. If unavailable, you may purchase replacement packaging for £24.99.
Replacement packaging includes: 3-layer cardboard, custom foam supports, padding paper, and an internal expanding foam bag.
Replacement Packaging is Free if reported within 6 months.

To Ensure Protection Coverage, you must:
Use original or purchased replacement packaging.
Follow the video instructions for internal and external packing precisely.
Send us pictures of your parcel (internal foam and external box) before dispatch.
Additional Notes:
Inform us if your PC arrived on a pallet.
Claims for damage will be rejected if the PC is not adequately packaged or if "Standard" shipping was selected.
Contact us if you are unsure about safe transport.
Exclusions
Do not include any accessories, cables, peripherals, USBs, or Wi-Fi antennas. We are not responsible for lost items.
Shipping Label
For Home collections: The courier will apply a shipping label at the time of pickup.
For Drop-Off Labels: We will provide a label that you will need to print and attach to your parcel.
We also recommend adding a return address to the parcel in case it is lost.
