We really feel for your frustration about the delivery being damaged, and we work with our couriers to do all we can to try and stop that from happening. However, let’s concentrate on getting you up and running as soon as possible.
As soon as possible after taking delivery of your PC, can you look at the outer box for any signs of damage? If there is any sign of damage, can you take a quick photo and send it to customer.services@punchtechnology.co.uk, please? Then remove the PC from its packaging and check for signs of damage, again pictures at this stage will help in getting you up and running as fast as possible.
Please take note of the serial number of the damaged PC, you will find this on a small white sticker on rear/side of the PC, generally with a barcode and a Punch logo.
