If you are having difficulty arranging to ship the PC back, we can arrange a collection with DPD at a cost of £34.99. If you are not available for home collection, we can send you a PickUp shop label Instead at a cost of £15.60.
On Larger systems, a pallet collection may be required, this will incur additional surcharge based on pickup location.
IMPORTANT: if you are still within your 1-Year free collect and return period, the Cost to Collect is covered by us!
Please ensure you have backed up all your data as we may need to return your system to its factory condition and as a result, this will wipe all data.
You must use the original packaging to securely package your PC and to ensure you are fully covered in the event of transport damage. If you no longer have the packaging for your PC, we can supply suitable replacement packaging at a cost of £24.99.
As Packaging supplies are a disposable resource, replacement packaging is not included as part of your warranty. If you have disposed of the original packaging materials, it's required that you purchase new packing material to ensure safe transport of your system in the event of a return.
All Our replacement PC packaging includes 3 Layer Cardboard, Custom Made Foam Supports, Specialised Padding Paper & 1x Internal Expanding Foam Bag to put inside your PC for added protection.

Please do not include any accessories or cables when returning your PC and ensure that all peripherals, USB's and WiFi antennas have been disconnected from your PC. These items are easily lost and we will be unable to take responsibility for these items in the event they are lost.
IMPORTANT! – If your system was supplied with a GRAPHICS CARD and was shipped with a foam support insert, please ensure that this is re-fitted prior to shipping.
Please print & complete the attached RMA form with as much detail as possible. Please include this with the PC upon return.
