It is your responsibility to ensure that your PC is securely packed, using the incorrect packing method may result in your PC getting damaged during transport which will result in further charges.

To ensure your PC is fully covered you must:
- Use Original Packaging Or Packaging Available to Purchase from us
- Purchase a return label from us
- Correctly pack your PC following the video instructions above
If your PC originally arrived on a pallet, you must inform us as soon as possible.
If your PC is damaged in transport we retain the right to reject any claims if we suspect the PC has not been adequately packaged.
If you are unsure whether your PC will be safe in transport, we encourage you to contact our support team for further advice.
It is required that you send us pictures of your parcel before it is dispatched. In the event a claim must be raised, we can use this as evidence the parcel was correctly packed.
